Arsenal star Mesut Özil revealed that he wants all three points when the Germany national team take on Ireland in Euro 2016 Group D.
Germany only need one point to secure a place in the summer tournament but Özil has his eye set on taking back all three and qualifying in style.
Özil told the BILD: “We want not only a point, but three points in Ireland.”
Germany are currently first in the group four points clear of third placed Ireland and two ahead of second placed Poland.
Özil is coming off the back of a fantastic performance against Manchester United where he scored his first goal of the season and provided his first assist in the 3-0 victory.
The 26-year-old is one of three players in the current German national team setup of Turkish origin with the other two being Liverpool midfielder-come-defender Emre Can and Borussia Dortmund midfielder İlkay Gündoğan.
The Turkish national team also has several players born in Germany of Turkish origin such as Hakan Çalhanoğlu, Ömer Toprak and Gökhan Töre.
