Arsenal to be offered three Barcelona players in swap deal for Hector Bellerin
Barcelona will step up their efforts to sign Arsenal right-back Hector Bellerin this summer.
The Spanish outlet Don Balon have stated that Barcelona will offer one of Ivan Rakitic, Arda Turan or Andre Gomes as part of an exchange deal for Bellerin.
Turan’s future at Barcelona has been cast in doubt following an inconsistent season. The Turkey international has struggled with injuries and has failed to cement a place in Luis Enrique’s starting eleven.
Barca have not given up hopes of signing Bellerin despite the Spain international putting pen-to-paper on a new deal recently.
Barcelona are looking to fill the void left by Brazil international Dani Alves’ departure last summer.
Bellerin began his playing career at Barcelona before moving to London. The 22 year old has made 36 apperances for Arsenal in all competition’s this season.
Arsenal are in real danger of missing out on UEFA Champions League football next season. The north London based club suffered a defeat at the hands of Tottenham on Sunday.
Arsene Wengers side sit in sixth place with 60 points after 33 games.
