Club president confirms transfer talks underway over £30m Newcastle & Everton target but star striker will not be sold in January
Besiktas striker Cenk Tosun has been closely linked with a move abroad this season.
Newcastle United and Everton have been scouting closely scouting Tosun.
Black Eagles president Fikret Orman was asked about interest from the Magpies, Toffees and Premier League clubs in general.
Orman revealed that Tosun will not leave in January but that they are in talks over an end of season move.
“There are no offers for Cenk in January, I do not think anything will happen in January. We want Cenk to stay with us this season, there are talks over an end of season transfer with his representatives,” Orman was quoted as saying.

Orman will not listen to offers below £30 million for Tosun in January.
The star striker has another two years on his contract and has been in great form over the past few seasons.
The 26-year-old has 10 goals including four in the Champions League as well as two assists.
Besiktas have won the league title for the past two seasons with Tosun playing a key role.
The Turkish international star is keen on a Premier League move but only at the end of the season.
Tosun will have several clubs scouting him in the Istanbul derby against Galatasaray on Saturday.
