Besiktas under 'no pressure' says Slaven Bilic

Beşiktaş are under no pressure going into the Gaziantepspor game according to head coach Slaven Bilic.

The Black Eagles are currently third in the league after Fenerbahçe beat Sivasspor 4-3 and Galatasaray’s 1-0 victory over Konyaspor.

Beşiktaş do however, have a game in hand and will move into first place with a win against Gaziantepspor at the Osmanlı stadium today.

“We are not under any pressure, we are not concerned about Galatasaray or anyone else,” Bilic was quoted as saying by Eurosport TR.

The Croatian manager also revealed that he believes his side are favourites in the title race.

“If we win all our games we will win the league so of course we are favourites, we are the only side with our destiny in our hands,” he added.

Beşiktaş take on Gaziantepspor today, the match is technically a home game but will be played in Ankara as the Inönü stadium is currently being rebuilt.
