Bursaspor will not sign a goalkeeper says Güneş [divider]
Bursaspor manager Şenol Güneş revealed that the club will not sign a goalkeeper over the January transfer window.
“We are not considering a goalkeeping transfer,” Güneş said.
“Harun is a good keeper, he has a few issues with his self-confidence and taking responsibility but technically he is very good and a very good shot stopper.
“We will be addressing his problems over the winter break but he definitely has potential, if he develops himself he could be a really good keeper, I have full trust in his abilities.”
Tekin has conceded 21 goals in 20 games and has kept seven clean sheets so far this season.
The 25-year-old keeper joined Bursaspor from Güngörenspor in 2005.
Tekin has made a total of 39 appearances since joining the Green Crocodiles and has two years left on his contract.
