Bayer Leverkusen star Hakan Çalhanoğlu would set Manchester United back £30 million according to Tutto Mercato Web (via the Mirror‘s Aaron Flanagan).
United have been closely linked with a move for the Turkish international playmaker and could be set to make a move over the next two transfer windows.
