Chelsea are leading candidates to sign Atletico Madrid star Arda Turan according to AS.
The report by Jorge Garcia claims that the Blues are favourites to sign the Turkish international who his agent Ahmet Bulut claims wants Premier League football.
Bulut wants his clients future to be decided by June 10 before Atleti start their pre-season on July 12.
“He intends to leave Spain this summer. It is his will to go out to play in the Premiership, that is where he would like to continue his career at this time,” Bulut said.
Chelsea are along with Manchester United the bookmakers favourite to transfer the Atleti star.

The Red Devils are preparing a ‘huge transfer bid’ for the Turkish international according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
Turan became the first Turkish born player to win the La Liga as Atleti won their first league title since 1996 last season and he has also lifted the Europa League, the European Super Cup, the Spanish Cup.
PSG are also reported to be interested in Turan but it seems him ultimate goal is to make a Premier League move if his agent is to be believed.
