Fenerbahçe striker Robin van Persie is unlikely to start in the Champions League play-off second-leg tie against Shakhtar Donetsk.
The 31-year-old is not expected to be 100 percent match fit by game time but still has a chance at making the starting lineup.
The former Manchester United striker made his debut against Shakhtar in the goalless draw last week coming on as a substitute on 68 minutes.
Fenerbahçe are expected to be without midfielder Mehmet Topal and full-back Gökhan Gönül going into the game according to the Milliyet.
Gönül picked up an injury during the warmup before the first-leg of the play-off tie against Shakhtar and left-back Hasan Ali Kaldırım was forced to fill in as a last minute replacement.
Şener Özbayraklı is expected to be available for the return-leg. The Turkish international right-back joined Fenerbahçe from Bursaspor of the summer transfer window.
Fenerbahçe Expected Starting XI: Volkan, Şener, Kjaer, Alves, Caner, Josef, Meireles, Nani, Diego, Sow ve Fernandao
