Unlike other European leagues, however, all Super Lig fixtures are still going ahead.
Goztepe head into the game in a poor run of form having lost their last three games. To make matters worse they haven’t scored a single goal in their last three games.
Rizespor are not doing much better, the Black Sea based side have lost eight of their last 10 games.
The Izmir based side were really poor against Kasimpasa last week and is could well be a case of the team being content with achieving their goal of league safety.
Goztepe are sitting comfy in eight place nine points above the relegation zone but 15 points behind 4th placed Sivasspor – fourth place is necessary to qualify for European competition.
The home side will be without Serdar Gurler and Alpaslan Ozturk due to injury.
There will be a familiar name to those of you who follow the Premier League.
Cameron Jerome starts upfront.
The former Norwich, Stoke City, Crystal Palace, Birmingham City, Cardiff City and Middlesbrough man has been playing for the Izmir based side since joining from Derby County in 2018.
The Huddersfield born striker has three goals in 22 games this season.
Rizespor are missing Aminu Umar, Morozyuk and Diomande.
The visitors have everything to play for as they are in the relegation zone. However, a win would move them into 13th place.
It is always risky backing Rizespor but expect them to really give this a go.
Prediction: Rizespor Draw No Bet (-0 Asian Handicap)
