Football agent Ahmet Bulut has been leading negotiations on behalf of the club in Valencia.
A deal was struck between Valencia officials and Bulut following a meeting held yesterday in the Spanish city.

The former Manchester City striker is a transfer priority for Besiktas.
The club will pull out of talks over other striker deals if Negredo puts pen-to-paper.
The 31-year-old has coincidently also been linked with a move to Leeds United.
Besiktas have won the Super Lig title for the past two-seasons and will compete in the Champions League next season.
