Liverpool star Emre Can has spoken about the atmosphere created by supporters at the Anfield stadium.
The 21-year-old stated that the ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ chant give him goosebumps.
“If you’re on the pitch and you hear the fans singing ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ you get goosebumps,” Can was quoted as saying by ESPN.
Despite Can’s comments Bayer reached the Champions League quarter-finals last season and are in the group stages this season while Liverpool are in the Europa League.
Rogers has however, been sacked as Liverpool manager and Germany coach Jurgen Klopp was recently appointed as his replacement.
The 21-year-old is currently on international duty with the Germany national team and is one of three players of Turkish origin in the side – the others being Mesut Özil and İlkay Gündoğan.
