Manchester United have agreed a €30 million deal with Borussia Dortmund for the German international midfielder Ilkay Gündoğan according to the newspaper Metro.
The reports cites an article by the German website Derwesten who claim “Ilkay Gündogan is leaving the club for Manchester United.”
The report goes onto state that Dortmund have already lined up a replacement in Gonzalo Castro from Bayer Leverkusen.
Sky Sports News Germany also report that Gündoğan will put pen to paper on deal this weekend.

If the reports turn out to be true, Gündoğan will be Manchester United’s second major signing within the span of a week after the €33 million transfer of Memphis Depay from PSV.
The 24-year-old has confirmed that he will not extend his contract with Dortmund, which expires in the July 2016.
Gündoğan has four assists and three goals in 29 appearances for Dortmund this season.
Dortmund sit in 9th place in the Bundesliga with 40 points in 31 games. Jurgen Klopp’s side are 18 points off a UEFA Champions League spot.
