Kasımpaşa held Trabzonspor to a 1-1 draw at home to end 2015 in joint 3rd place alongside Galatasaray on 30 points.
The Istanbul minnows took an early lead thanks to an Eren Derdiyok penalty on 17 minutes but Mustafa Yumlu equalised just three minutes later.
The game looked destined to be a high scoring encounter but neither side were able to find the winning goal.
On-loan Chelsea defender Kenneth Omeruo started for Kasımpaşa and put another fine display for the Istanbul based outfit. The Nigerian international was dominant in the air winning all three aerial duals and also made the joint highest number of tackles (3).
The 21-year-old has established himself as a key member of the team since joining from Chelsea on a temporary move over the summer.
