Pandev close to a January move to Fiorentina
[divider]Galatasaray striker Goran Pandev is close to agreeing a January move to the Serie A side Fiorentina.
According to reports in Italy, Fiorentina manager Vincenzo Montella has instructed his club to sign the 31-year-old in the upcoming transfer window.
The reports go onto say that Pandev has met of Galatasaray and both parties have agreed that he should leave in the new year.
The 31-year-old will be able to enter direct talks with other clubs this January with his contract set to expire at the end of the season.
The former Champions League winner has also been linked with Torino, Sampdoria and Lazio.
The Macedonian international joined Galatasaray from Napoli this summer on a one-year deal worth €2.4 million.
Pandev has played just 25 minutes of league football since joining Galatasaray.
