Loris Karius has got off to a pretty good start on loan at Besiktas from Liverpool.

He did concede a calamitous goal in the 2-0 Europa League defeat to Malmo but the replays showed that it was clearly an own goal.

Otherwise, he has barely put a foot wrong, keeping one clean sheet and conceding six goals in six games.

One thing Karius has not stopped is his bizarre Instagram post.

His latest post was totally unrelated to football but it was great to see the keeper managed to get his dog over to Turkey.

Karius’ blue-eyed dog has accompanied him to Istanbul.

The 25-year-old was not called up to the Germany national team so has plenty of time to continue his settling in process.

Karius has averaged the fifth highest number of saves per-game in the Super Lig this term.
