Tottenham receive boost in race to sign €20m star striker, Newcastle also interested
Tottenham and Newcastle have received a boost in the race to sign Cenk Tosun from Besiktas in January.
Yesterday Turkish outlet HaberTurk claimed that the Premier League duo have held talks with Besiktas President Fikret Orman in London.
Per the source, both Tottenham and Newcastle are interested in signing the in-form striker during the upcoming transfer window. The report goes onto state that Besiktas are unwilling to consider any offers below €20 million for their star man.
Meanwhile, SporX have claimed that the Black Eagles are preparing for life without their star striker.

The Turkish outlet states that Besiktas are interesting in signing France international Andre Pierre-Gignac in the event Tosun leaves.
The 26-year-old has been in impressive form for both club and country. Tosun has netted ten goals in 15 appearances for Besiktas so far this season.
Besiktas currently sit third in the Turkish league, five points behind leaders Galatasaray.
