Tottenham striker does ‘not want to think about’ what would have happened had he joined West Brom or Brighton
Tottenham striker Vincent Janssen joined Fenerbahce on a one-year loan over the summer transfer window.
Janssen got his Yellow Canaries career off to a great start scoring in his first two starts with his first two shots on target.
The 23-year-old played a key role in Fenebahce beating Besiktas 2-1 in the Istanbul derby last week.
Janssen won the penalty for the opening goal and then got his name on the scoresheet for the second goal.
The striker has hit the ground running in Turkey but it could have all been so difference.
Janssen revealed that he had offers from West Brom and Brighton after the derby.
The Dutch forward told reporters that he did not even want to think about what would had happened had he joined either side instead of Fenerbahce.

“I could have joined West Brom or Brighton,” Janssen was quoted as saying by Fanatik.
“What would had happened had I joined one of them? I do not want to think about it.
“I do not think about it.”
West Brom are currently 12th in the league on eight points after six games.
Brighton meanwhile are in 13th position on seven ppints.
Fenerbahce are 4th in the Super Lig, five points behind league leaders Galatasaray.
