Galatasaray midfielder Felipe Melo has been linked with a move to Brazilian giants Flamengo according to Eurosport TR.
Melo previously played for the Brazilian side between 2001-03 seasons.
The 31-year-old is recently returned to training after recovering from a hernia operation.
The Brazilian midfielder has started being introduced to team training sessions and made an appearance in the Turkish Cup against Manisaspor.
Melo missed the Trabzonspor game last week but is expected to feature in the Gaizantepspor game next week.
The 31-year-old joined the Istanbul giants on a permanent deal from Juventus worth £3 million last summer after playing the previous two seasons on loan at the Lions.
Melo has lifted the Süper Lig title and the Turkish Cup since moving to Turkey.
Galatasaray are currently third in the title race, one point behind league leaders Fenerbahçe.
