Galatasaray have offered the Brazilian striker Fernandão a €2.5 million per season deal according to LigTV.
The offer has been made by Dursun Özbek, who hopes to be the President of the club next season.
Fernandao is currently on loan at Bursaspor from Atletico Paranaense.
The 28-year-old is being closely monitored by Fenerbahce and Galatasaray after scoring a total of 19 goals and six assists in all competitions for the Green Crocodiles this season.
Bursaspor have scored the most goals in the Süper Lig this season – 52.
The Green Crocodiles take on fourth placed Başakşehir in the league on the weekend.
Bursaspor will join Başakşehir on 47 points with a win against the Istanbul based side.
