Edinho gave Erciyesspor the lead on 19 minutes but Roberto Carlos’ side equalised on 36 minutes thanks to Burhan Eşer.
John Utaka was sent off on 51 minutes for throwing the ball at Ibricic who reacted by theatrically throwing himself on the floor.
The draw saw Sivasspor move into 16th place while Erciyesspor moved into 13th position on 13 points.
