Wesley Sneijder will make history if he scores against Fenerbahçe [divider]
Galatasaray playmaker Wesley Sneijder will break the record for goals scored by a foreign player against Fenerbahçe if he scores in the Intercontinental derby on Sunday 8 March.
Sneijder has scored three times against the Yellow Canaries since joining Galatasaray from Inter.

Mirza Sejdiç also scored three goals against Fenerbahçe during his time at the club back in the 1980’s.
Sneijder joined Galatasaray from Inter in January 2013 and has a total of 30 goals and 14 assists in 90 games for the Lions.
The Netherlands international scored a brace against Fenerbahçe in the last Intercontinental derby in the first half of the season.
The 30-year-old playmaker has won the Süper Lig, Turkish Cup and Turkish Süper Cup since his arrival in Turkey.
Sneijder now has nine goals and and four assists in 32 appearances for Galatasaray in all competitions this season.
