The semi-final games will be played between 28-30 April with the second legs between 19-21 May.
Fenerbahçe beat Mersin 4-0 at the Şükrü Saracoğlu stadium yesterday to book a play in the last four.
Bursaspor had to come from two goals down against Gençlerbirliği to win the game 3-2 in Ankara mid-week.
In form striker Fernandao scored the winning goal in the third minute of additional time.
Bursaspor will also play Fenerbahçe in the league on Monday.
Fenerbahçe won the Süper Lig last season and are currently second in the Süper Lig.
The Istanbul giants are two point behind league leaders Galatasaray and one point ahead ofd Beşiktaş.
