Former West Ham winger Vaz Te bags brace for Roberto Carlos’ side [divider]
Former West Ham winger Ricardo Vaz Te bagged a brace for Akhisar in their convincing 5-1 win over over Karabükspor.
Vaz Te scored his sides third goal on 57 minutes after dribbling around the goalkeeper and slotting the ball into the back of the net.
The 28-year-old struck again on 79 minutes to make the score 4-1.

The Portuguese winger scored his third Akhisar goal in five Süper Lig games.
Former Newcastle striker LuaLua also got his name on the scoresheet.
Vaz Te joined Akhisar from West Ham on a free transfer over the winter transfer window.
The 28-year-old scored the winning goal in West Ham’s Play-Off final win against Blackpool at Wembley in May 2012 but left as a free agent after struggling for playing time this season.
Akhisar are coached by former Real Madrid and Brazil national team legend Roberto Carlos.
The World Cup winner took over a side in crisis but has managed to guide Akhisar into 11th place on 29 points – nine points clear of the relegation zone.
