Freiburg wonderkid Caglar Soyuncu has started to attract interest from across Europe after establishing himself as a first-team star in the Bundesliga.
TheDaily Mail reported Arsenal as plotting a move for the £30 million-rated 21-year-old.
Sven Mislintat, head of recruitment at Arsenal, is reported to be weighing up a move for the rising star.
Per the source, both Manchester sides and Chelsea are also interested.
Turkish-Football meanwhile have reported Liverpool as scouting the rising star throughout the season.
So where will Soyuncu end up next season?
Well his former boss. Altinordu president Seyit Mehmet Ozkan claims he will play in the Premier League next season.

“Caglar Soyuncu is going to the Premier League,” Ozkan said.
“He will be there next season, there are big clubs after him.
“I’ve also been told that Bayern Munich are scouting him so we will see.
“He is strong, powerful and doing very well.”
Altinordu stand to profit from Soyuncu’s future transfer. The Izmir based club will receive a development fee and additionally have a future sell clause included in his Freiburg contract.
The Turkey international was first spotted at Altinordu before rising through the ranks to become a first team player aged 19.
The official Bundesliga website named him as being one of the stars of tomorrow.
Soyuncu also made the official Bundesliga shortlist for ‘Rookie of the Season‘. The award goes to the best under-21 player of the season and is decided by a fans vote.
