Besiktas have dropped two vital points leaving them in third place with three weeks to go in the Turkish Super Lig title race. The Black Eagles succumbed to a 1-1 draw with Akhisar Belediyespor last night.
The Akigolar took the lead from a well worked set epic in the 14th minute and were a constant threat on the counter attack though-out the game.
Besiktas found the equalising goal in the 54th minute but were unable to break the deadlock. The result leaves Besiktas with 66 points in 31 games, four points behind league leaders Galatasaray.
