Fenerbahce sporting director Damien Comolli has made Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere an offer according to Fotomac.

Per the source, Comolli is in talks with Wilshere’s representatives and is prepared to offer a lucrative sign-on bonus to convince the England midfielder to join.

Comolli has close ties to Arsenal from his time at the club, in fact he knows Wilshere personally for his days at the North London outfit.

The recently appointed sporting director hopes to use his Premier League ties to help poach a few players from the league.

Wilshere will be a free agent at the end of the month unless he signs a new contract deal.

The Mirror chief football writer John Cross, claims the 26-year-old will leave Arsenal on a free this summer.

Per the source, the midfielder does not feature in Gunners boss Unai Emery’s plans next season.

Cross goes onto state that Wilshere was desperate to remain at Premier League outfit but is now expected to leave after being told he will be a fringe player.

Fenerbahce could face stiff competition from several European and Premier League sides including Galatasaray.

Turkish-Football understands that Lions boss Fatih Terim has made Wilshere a transfer priority.

The Super Lig champions would be prepared to offer first-team football on lucrative terms and will compete in the Champions League next season.
