“It is true, Beşiktaş are interested but there is no deal in place and nothing to announce,” Sallak told Eurosport TR.
Sallak also revealed that the Black Eagles are not the only side in Turkey interested in the 25-year-old.
“There is a possibility that he will move to Turkey, there are a number of clubs interested,” he added.
Caicara was part of the title winning Ludogorets side that performed beyond expectations at this seasons Champions League group stages.
Ludogerets drew 2-2 with Premier League giants Liverpool and beat Swiss champions Basel 1-0 in Group B.
Caiçara moved from Brazilian club Santo Andre to Portuguese side Gil Vicente on loan in 2010 and helped his team gain promotion from the second league to the Primeira Liga.
After playing two seasons in Portugal the right-back later joined Ludogorets in 2012 on a three-year deal.
The 25-year-old extended his contract with the Bulgarian champions with a two-year deal in December.
Caicara has one goal and 22 assists in 110 appearances for Ludogorets in all competitions.
The Black Eagles have also been linked with Dinamo Zagreb’s Ivo Pinto, Molde’s Martin Linnes and Chelsea’s Nathan Ake.
