Leicester City Star Made Transfer Priority For Champions League Side

Galatasaray have made out-of-favor Leicester City striker Ahmed Musa a transfer priority this summer according to BEIN Turkey.

Per the source, Lions boss Fatih Terim is keen on a move for the Nigeria international.

Terim wants to strengthen his forward line with Champions League group stage football looming.

Galatasaray lifted the league title this campaign and are keen on adding additional depth.

The Lions first-choice forward is Bafetimbi Gomis but they struggled in his absence this campaign.

The Istanbul giants want Musa on loan and feel it would be a mutually beneficial deal that would help the striker rediscover his form.

The 25-year-old scored just four goals in 32 appearances for the Foxes in his debut season.

Musa was subsequently loaned to CSKA Moscow in January 2018 where he netted nine goals and provided six assists in 23 appearances for the Russian giants.

The striker has been called up to the Nigeria national team squad for the 2018 World Cup and is expected to compete in his second tournament.

The international star has scored 13 times in 71 appearances for Nigeria.
