Turkish-Football reported earlier today that Jack Wilshere had been invited to Istanbul for talks with Fenerbahce.
Well there have been a few developments since then.
It emerges that Wilshere arrived in Istanbul on a private jet along with Phillip Cocu who has just been appointed Fenerbahce manager.
On the flight was Wilshere’s representatives Wasserman COO Fahri Ecvet and agent Neil Fewings.

Fenerbahce sporting director Damien Comolli has been leading talks.
Comolli has been working on convincing Wilshere to consider moving abroad. The England midfielder has been given a brief of the club’s new direction under recently elected club president Ali Koc, given a tour of the grounds and a potential new home.
There is no agreement in place yet but talks have progressed well and Fenerbahce expect a final decision within a few days.
Wilshere will be leaving Arsenal as a free agent on 1 July after spending 17 years at the North London based outfit.
The 26-year-old has no shortage of interest but Fenerbahce are willing to offer increased wages on a long-term deal.
