Arsenal superstar with 12 months remaining on contract hints at new deal
Arsenal superstar Mesut Ozil has hinted at signing a new contract with the Gunners.
The 28-year-old will have just 12 months remaining on his current deal with Arsenal this summer. Ozil’s future has been cast in doubt after previous contract talks stalled.
The Germany international was also spotted kicking doors and swearing at Arsenal staff (ESPN) following their 2-0 defeat at the hands of their rivals Tottenham.

During an interview with Goal, Ozil stated that he is happy with his life in London and loves living in England’s capital city.
“I simply love to live here. London is a world city. There is so much you can do,” Ozil told Goal.
“There are many different cultures here and I just feel very, very comfortable. The club is huge and I enjoy playing for Arsenal. Living in London is awesome.”
Mesut Ozil has 11 assists and 11 goals to his name after 38 appearances for Arsenal this season.
Arsenal take on Manchester United this weekend as they look to return to winning ways.
Arsene Wenger’s side suffered a 2-0 defeat at the hands of their rival’s Tottenham last weekend. The Gunners are six points behind fourth placed Man City.
