Beşiktaş are preparing to make a move for Portugal international right back Ivo Pinto.
The Black Eagles are in the market for a new right back as they currently have no alternative to Serdar Kurtuluş.
Beşiktaş conceded goals against Erciyesspor and Fenerbahce down their right flank when they were forced to play Necip Uysal – a central midfielder – at right back.
Ivo Pinto has been singled out by manager Slaven Bilic as a top priority and the club have already made an enquiry to his club Dinamo Zagreb.
Croatian side Dinamo Zagreb snapped up the Portuguese right-back on a four-year deal from CFR 1907 Cluj last year.
Upon signing the 23-year-old Dinamo coach Krunoslav Jurčić said, “He is very solid in defence and he likes to join the attack at full speed, so we think he will bring us some power on the flank, which is very important in football today.”
Pinto has provided 4 assists in 22 games for the Croatian side this season.
