Fenerbahce will take on Zenit St Petersburg in the Europa League Round of 32 following the draw at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.
The Yellow Canaries booked a place in the second round after finishing Group D as runners-up on eight points, six behind leaders Dynamo Zagreb.
Despite having qualified for the Round of 32, Fenerbahce are in the midst of their worst ever Super Lig campaign.
The Yellow-Navy Blues are 17th in the league table, just one spot above last place.
