La Liga giants try to hijack Man City & Newcastle move for star defender with 8 years Premier League experience
Fenerbahce defender Martin Skrtel continues to be linked with a move abroad.
Sevilla became the latest club to enter the race for the Slovakia international.
Fotomac claim that the La Liga giants have a three-man defender shortlist including Skrtel, Mamadou Sakho and Mangala.
Per the source, Manchester City, Newcastle United and Swansea are all interested in signing the experienced defender.

The Yellow Canaries have received several offers for Skrtel and may consider letting him leave for the right price.
The 32-year-old defender has no shortage of Premier League experience having spent eight seasons at Liverpool prior to joining Fenerbahce.
The centre-back has also worked with Newcastle United manager Rafa Benitez in the past.
In fact Benitez first signed Skrtel to Liverpool during his time in charge of the club.
The defender would be unlikely to join City as a first-choice defender if he were to make the move to Manchester.
Skrtel is currently a first team star for Fenerbahce and does have another two-years remaining on his current contract.
