Liverpool are locked in a three-way battle to keep Emre Can at the club beyond the end of the season according to Tuttosport.
Per the source, the Reds are still in talks over extending Can’s contract but face competition from Juventus and Manchester City.
The midfielder of Turkish origin will be a free agent at the end of the season unless Liverpool strike a deal.
Can is actually free to reach an agreement with Juventus over an end of season move as he has under six-months remaining on his contract.

The Italian report claims Juve are still favorites to sign the Germany international but that they cannot rule out the possibility of Can remaining at Liverpool anymore or joining City.
This is a stark change from previous reports emerging from Italy that Can to Juventus was practically a done deal.
The midfielder did reveal a week ago that no deal with Juventus was in place.
He told Sky Sports News: “I still have a contract here until the end of the season.
“I give everything for the club, I will try to give everything for the club.
“The rest is down to my agent, and I’m just responsible for performances on the pitch.”
Can has been included in the Reds squad ahead of their FA Cup 4th Round clash against West Brom this evening.
The powerful midfielder is likely to start although it remains to be seen whether the return of captain Jordan Henderson could see Can rested.
