Inter Milan have not agreed terms with Fenerbahce full-back Caner Erkin a source close to the player told Turkish-football.com.
The transfer situation of Erkin will become clear within the next fortnight but as of yet a deal has not been struck with the Italian giants.
Inter were reported to have reached an agreement with the Turkish international star worth €1.8 million per-season according to CNN Turk.
Both Liverpool and Everton are also closely linked with the Turkish international according to the Express newspaper.
Erkin is available on a free transfer as his contract is set to expire over the summer and Fenerbahce are yet to secure an extension.
The 27-year-old is open to a move abroad according to his agent Batur Altiparmak.
Altiparmak told Turkish-football.com: “Like every Turkish player Caner would like to play for a top European club.”
The 27-year-old decided against signing a new contract with Fenerbahce after recently falling out with Yellow Canaries boss Vítor Pereira.
The official Salzburg club website recently reported that Everton and Inter sent scouts to the Turkey v Austria international played in March which featured Erkin.
The former CSKA and Galatasaray full-back star has eight assists and one goal in 27 appearances for Fenerbahce this season but has not featured in the Istanbul giants last five league games.
