The F-11 Wanda Football Cup 2018 International Tournament organised by Atlético Madrid, Dalian Wanda Group and Royal Training Group, took place in Los Ángeles de San Rafael over the weekend.
The tournament pits the most powerful U14 squad in the world against each other.
The biggest surprise among the illustrious list of clubs including Liverpool, Juventus, Ajax, Benfica, Porto and Atletico Madrid was Altinordu who play in the Turkish second tier.
The Izmir based side ended up beating Liverpool twice over the course of the tournament, 1-0 and 3-0.
Altinordu also defeated Juventus and Benfica to finish ninth, ahead of 10th placed Benfica and the Reds who finished last.

Alteti won the tournament on home ground with Porto finishing in second place followed by Ajax in third.

Altinordu have setup one of the most exciting academies in Turkey and plan to have a completely home grown side by 2020.
The Izmir based outfit already have several success stories including Roma starlet Cengiz Under and Freiburg centre-back Caglar Soyuncu who has been closely linked with a move to the Premier League.
