Man United transfer news: Barcelona slap €30m price tag on Red Devils target – ‘Mourinho a long-term admirer of the player’
La Liga giants Barcelona have slapped a €30 million price tag on their out-of-favour midfielder Arda Turan.
Turan’s future at Barca is looking increasingly uncertain. The 30-year-old was dropped by manager Ernesto Valverde for the Spanish Super Cup against Real Madrid.
According to the Turkish outlet Ajansspor, Barcelona are unwilling to loan the flamboyant midfielder out this summer.
Instead, the Catalan giants are keen to recoup the majority of the €41 million they spent to sign Turan from Atletico Madrid. Per the source, Barca have set a €30 million price-tag on Turan.

Ajansspor go onto state that Man United and Inter Milan are possible destinations for the Turkey international.
Turan has also been linked with a move to United by the Spanish outlet AS. The report states that Red Devils manager Jose Mourinho has held multiple talks with Turan.

Galatasaray are also understood to be preparing a move for Turan however, the Turkish giants are only interested in signing their former captain on a season-long loan deal.
Turan scored 13 goals and provided seven assists in 30 appearances for Barcelona last season.
