The young Turkish midfielder, who joined the club from Fenerbahçe, was brought on in the 88th minute.

While Güler did not start, he came on as a substitute and was involved in his first UEFA Super Cup final.
Carlo Ancelotti, the Real Madrid manager, was particularly pleased with Güler’s performance and indicated that the teenager would have a more prominent role in the team going forward.
