Akhisar manager Roberto Carlos stated that he still believes his side can qualify for a European place this season.
Carlos also underlined that the one week suspension of the league will be an advantage for his side.
“It is an advantage for us that the league games have been postponed for a week, we will rest and train hard,” Carlos was quoted as saying on Eurosport TR.

The league has been postponed for one week following the armed attack on the Fenerbahçe team bus on the weekend.
Akhısar recorded their second win in a row at the 19 Mayıs stadium with a 3-0 victory over Gaziantepspor in the 26th week of the Turkish Süper Lig.
The Süper Lig outfit are currently managed by former World Cup winner Roberto Carlos.
The Akigolar are currently in 11th position on 32 points after 26 games.
Akhisar will travel to Konyaspor following the one week suspension of the league.
