Tottenham & Crystal Palace will have to wait until the summer to sign £17.5m striker after Turkish champions rules out January sale
Besiktas striker Cenk Tosun has been closely linked with a move to the Premier League over recent months.

Besiktas press officer Metin Albayrak has however, made it clear Cenk will not be leaving over the winter break.
Albayrak confirmed interest from England and revealed that there could be transfer activity at the end of the season.
“It is normal for there to be interest in Cenk,” Albayrak was quoted as saying by Turkish-Football.
“There are Premier League clubs interested and we have received offers but we are not selling him in January.
“We will consider the offers at the end of the season.”
Tosun has four goals in six appearances for Besiktas this season.
The 26-year-old scored the Champions League goal of the week on Match Day 1 in the 3-1 away win over Porto.

The powerful striker also netted 24 times in all competitions last season playing a key role in Besiktas winning the league title for the second season running.
Forget Cenk!!! and look for alternative options if he is not available Oumar Niasse, Issa Kallon..!!!
