Tottenham & Liverpool on red alert as German giants table bid for £20m Champions League star striker
Premier League duo Tottenham and Liverpool risk missing out on signing star striker Cenk Tosun.
According to Turkish outlet Sporx, German giants Wolfsburg are set to offer £9 million for Besiktas’ in-form forward.
Meanwhile a source close to Besiktas has revealed to Turkish-Football that scouts from Tottenham and Liverpool were monitoring the 26-year-old last week.

However, Evening Standard states that Besiktas would only prepared to sell their star man for £20 million.
The Turkey international is currently in high demand after scoring 20 goals in 33 Turkish Super League appearances last season. Cenk also netted a brace against Monaco in the UEFA Champions League. The 26-year-old has three goals to his name in the European competition this term.
Besiktas take on Basaksehir tonight in the Turkish Super League as they look to close the gap between themselves and leaders Galatasaray.
Premier League duo Newcastle United and Crystal Palace have both also been linked with a move for Cenk in recent weeks.
