Germany international midfielder Emre Can has taken to social media to send a message to Liverpool fans.

The 24-year-old underwent a medical with Juventus today and put pen-to-paper on a four-year deal with the Italian giants.

Can shared an emotional video on social media where he thanks Liverpool staff and supporters and stated that he will always look back to his time at the Merseyside based club with a smile.
