Watch: Liverpool star provides assist to help club reach Confederations Cup final
Germany crushed Mexico 4-1 in the Confederations Cup semi-final on Thursday, in Russia.
The Germans have booked a place in the final against Chile and would end up winning the tournament for the first time if they go onto lift the trophy.
Liverpool star Emre Can did not start yesterday but he did make his presence felt soon after his second half introduction.
The midfielder of Turkish origin also setup Amin Younes with the fourth and final goal to wrap up what ended up being a comfortable victory.
The assist was Can’s first in the tournament and second for Germany overall.
