Carlos has been closely linked with a move to Fenerbahçe following news that Ismail Kartal will resign from his position at the end of the season.

The former World Cup winner played for the Yellow Canaries as a player and has revealed in the past that he wants to return to the club as a coach one day.

“If Fenerbahçe do not win the league there is going to be change, I have a few offers on the table, lets see what happens at the end of the season, I got Sivasspor into fourth place and want to finish the league as strong as possible with Akhisar,” Carlos recently told Eurosport TR.

The ex Real Madrid star won the Super Cup twice playing for Fenerbahçe.

Carlos was appointed manager of the Akigolar in December and led his side out of relegation trouble to league safety.

The 42-year-old won three Champions League titles playing for Real Madrid as well as the European Super Cup and Intercontinental Club Cup.
