Bayer Leverkusen are keeping close tabs on Altinordu star Çağlar Söyüncu according to football agent Mustafa Dogru.
The agent stated that Bayer were not the only Bundesliga side interested in his player and that Freiburg were also in the race when asked about German interest on Turkish sports radio channel Radyospor.
Dogru said: “Bayer Leverkusen have been scouting Çağlar for a year and Frieburg have made an official offer.”
The agent also revealed that he has received interest from England and Spain as well following reports of Manchester City being in the race to sign the 19-year-old wonder-kid.
“There is also interest from England and Spain,” he added.
City are keeping tabs on his teammate Söyüncu a source close to the player told Turkish-Football.com.
The 19-year-old joined Altınordu aged 10 and spent a brief period as a forward before establishing himself as a defender for the first-team.
The young defender has already established himself in the Turkish national team and could end up being selected for the European Championship squad heading over to France this summer.
