Fenerbahce full-back Gokhan Gonul has received Premier League interest according to his agent Ahmet Bulut.
Bulut stated: “Other than Besiktas there have been five offers which have come from England and Spain.”
Besiktas have been closely linked with Gonul but Bulut underlined that an agreement has not been reached.
Bulut also confirmed that he will not hold talks with Fenerbahce over extending the contract of Gonul.
The experienced Turkish international full-back is available on a free transfer after the Yellow Canaries failed to extend his deal.
West Ham have also been closely linked with Gonul. The Hammers reached an agreement-in-principle with the right-back according to Aksam.
The Hammers were reported to have offered a three-year deal worth €2.5 million per-season and a €3 million sign-on fee.
West Ham boss Slaven Bilic is of course familiar with Gonul having coached Fenerbahce rivals Besiktas for two seasons before moving to London.
The 31-year-old has consistently been one of the Yellow Canaries highest performing players over the last eight years winning two league and two Turkish Cup trophies during his time at the club.
