Roma starlet Cengiz Under has been linked with several major European clubs this season.
Eren Sarigul of Turkish-Football revealed in his latest piece for ESPN that there are only three clubs that are currently serious about Under.
Arsenal, Tottenham and Bayern Munich have all established contact with Under’s representatives and are keen on a move.
The report highlights that Bayern are currently favorites and view the 21-year-old as a long-term replacement for Arjen Robben at the end of the season.
Reports claiming Manchester City, Manchester United and other sides have made offers or are in talks with Under are false – although City have been scouting the winger.
Roma are keen to keep the Turkey international on at the club until the summer but will listen to offers that exceed their €50m valuation.
Under has a contract that runs until 2022 but as we have already reported he is one of the lowest paid players in the squad earning approximately €1m per-season.
Roma are in no rush to offer an improved deal. The squad has cover if Under were to leave and he would bring the club a healthy profit after joining on a €13m move from Basaksehir.
The Giallorossi hold all the hands right now and have the luxury to take their time and not rush a decision over his future.
Under meanwhile is happy at Roma but it is looking very likely now that he will leave at the end of the season.
The young winger has made it clear he would like a move to the Premier League but Bayern would also make a tempting destination.
The Roma star has five goals and six assists in 20 appearances for the Serie A side this term.
