Bayer Leverkusen are closing in on a deal to sign Altinordu defender Çağlar Söyüncu according to Fanatik.
The Turkish PTT. 1 Lig side reportedly turned down a €2.5 million offer from Frieburg recently.
Bayer and Koln recently sent scouts to keep tabs on the Turkish international star and Valencia as well as Besiktas have also linked.
Manchester City are also keeping tabs on Söyüncu a source close to the player told Turkish-Football.com.
Söyüncu is one of the hottest prospects in the current Altınordu setup. The PTT 1. Lig outfit have introduced a policy of only playing club grown footballers.
Altınordu plan to build a side made up fully of players developed by the club and have invested heavily in their extensive youth academy network.
The project has attracted interest from a number of Premier League clubs including City, Liverpool, Stoke City and Norwich City.
The 19-year-old joined Altınordu aged 10 and after a brief period as a forward before establishing himself as a centre-back for the first-team.
Söyüncu has already established himself in the Turkish national team setup and is expected to travel with the squad to the European Championships in France this summer.
