Kayserispor v Besiktas
Reigning champions Besiktas head into the Kayserispor clash just two points off league leaders Basaksehir. The Black Eagles are in great form and have been unstoppable going forwards scoring the highest number of goals in the league. Besiktas do however, have a few injury concerns, Adriano and Gokhan Inler are both out while Oguzhan Ozyakup is a doubt. Head coach Senol Gunes does have more than enough depth to cope with the Ozyakup and Adriano being out but the absence of Inler could pose a problem. Necip Uysal is likely to be deployed alongside Atiba Hutchinson in central midfield with Anderson Talisca in an attacking midfield role. The Istanbul giants may be slightly weakened but should have no trouble scoring against Kayserispor. No team has scored more than Besiktas this season – 14 – and no side has conceded more than Kayserispor – 13.
Prediction: Besiktas Win
Adanaspor v Karabuk
Newly promoted Adanaspor take on newly promoted Karabukspor who are looking for their first away win of the season. Karabukspor have been doing marginally better than their opposition but Adanaspor are no pushovers at home in fact they have lost just once. The away side are in an injury crisis with Dejan Lazarevic, Serdar Deliktas and Elvis Koklavic and Marius Alexe potentially all out and Kerim Zengin suspended. The value is on Adanaspor to avoid defeat.
Prediction: Adanaspor Win/Draw (+0.5 Asian Handicap)
Genclerbirligi v Galatasaray
Galatasaray head into the Genclerbirligi clash as clear favourites but it is worth highlighting that the Lions could be without Eren Derdiyok, Wesley Sneijder, Serdar Aziz and Nigel de Jong. The Istanbul giants could struggle with their extensive injury list and Genclerbirligi are undefeated at home. The game plan from the home side will be simple – play defensively and try to sneak a goal on the counter attack. The Ankara based side have a decent defence and have seen their last four games finish Under 2.5 goals and their last three games against Galatasaray also finish Under 2.5 goals.
Prediction: Under 2.5 goals
