“There have been offers and inquiries, but no real negotiations. January isn’t the ideal month for a transfer,” Mirallas was quoted as saying by the Guardian.
“I have never said I absolutely want to leave Everton. I like it over here, but I feel ready for a new challenge. I dream of playing in the Champions League next season. With Everton or with another club. I just have to see after the season.”
The Daily Mail recently reported that Mirallas is stalling over discussions for a new contract.
Mirallas joined Everton from Olympiakos for £6.7 million in 2012 and has a contract with the Toffees until 2016.
The 27-year-old has 25 goals and 23 assists in 90 appearances for Everton in all competitions.
Mirallas has scored nine times in 46 games for the Belgium national side and featured in the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
Fenerbahçe are currently first in the Süper Lig on 42 points after 18 games and face rivals Trabzonspor on Saturday.
The Yellow Canaries have won seven consecutive league games and have yet to lose in the Süper Lig this season.
